Building runs in our family. Growing up surrounded by skilled craftsmen and watching homes take shape from the ground up, founder Fernando Lugo developed a deep appreciation for the art of construction. In 2018, inspired by generations of builders before him, Fernando established Pointer Construction in Brownsville, Texas with a simple mission: build homes that families are proud to call their own.

What started with just two custom homes in our first year has grown into a thriving construction company serving the Rio Grande Valley. Our commitment to quality craftsmanship and transparent communication—offered bilingually in English and Spanish—quickly earned us the trust of our community. By listening to our clients and delivering on our promises, we've built strong relationships that have fueled our growth from those first two homes to over 40 completed projects today.
